  Took 3 jackets to get them dry-cleaned. When I went to pick them up the lady at the counter asked for the payment first, I didn't hesitate and payed assuming all was in order (big mistake). When she returned with the 3 garments she described as follows...
  Jacket#1 "When we started cleaning we noticed that the colour from the black started running into the white and we stopped immediately and wanted to let you know that you should contact the manufacturer"
  Analogy: little labour involved, jacket damaged beyond repair. That's ok I accepted it.
  Jacket#2 "We went over it once and decided to not proceed as a stain on the arm might not be able to remove it so we wanted your opinion on weather we should continue".
  Analogy: Job partially complete, I decided on leaving it as it was.
  Jacket#3 Cleaned.
  My first question since I've already paid was what should the charge now be? No chance apparently... Ok I understand mistakes happen, and I accepted the fact that that from the 3 jackets I'm left with 1. But the fact that not even a discount was offered I was offended.
  This was the second time I I used their services and if I would have acted on my first experience I would not have returned, but I believe on giving everyone a second chance.
  
  Last time I purchased a brand new suit for my son as he was best man for a wedding, after shopping for 2 weeks looking for a suit in the middle of summer i found one shop that had one thrown at the back of the store. So it needed some ironing... Took it this cleaners and when I went to pick it up apparently it did not exist!!!... Could not be located under my name or phone number. So I agreed to return on another day to give them some time to look for it. After 3 attempts it was suggested that maybe I don't recall correctly and usedpm a different dry cleaner. Seriously... I demanded that if they won't I will check all the stock personally. Half-hour later it was found. Why was it lost you may ask? Even though I spelled my name it was written incorrectly and my phone number was also entered wrong.
  
  After my experience I won't be using their services.
